Computer Connection client testimonials
Irene’s Café in the Fresno Tower District has been in business for
over 18 years and has won many awards for their burgers and many
other food treats. Irene Saul had to take care of a sick family
member awhile back but still needed to run her restaurant. The
solution was to purchase a CCTV surveillance system from Jack Norton
(Sales Manager for Computer Connection). The system allowed Irene to
care for her family and still have a successful restaurant and
catering business. She also found other advantages to the CCTV
system. On December 18, 2006 a man broke into Irene’s Café and
stayed long enough to allow the CCTV system take some nice pictures
of him, (Infrared camera) and he was picked up by the Fresno Police
Department on December 24, 2006 by an alert patrolman who had our
picture of the suspect. Justice was served in this case thanks to
the surveillance system in place and working correctly.
Again the CCTV system came in handy when an employee misdirected a
serving tray and it accidentally hit a lady sitting in a booth.
Thanks to 3 different cameras views of the event Irene’s insurance
agent was able to determine the liability was minimal and handled
the lady’s complaint without cost.
Most recently someone broke out the front door window and came
inside the restaurant during closed hours. The CCTV system caught
the entire event and the suspect took nothing and left within
minutes of breaking into the store.
Peace of mind is worth millions when you don’t have it.
Irene’s Café is open 7 days a week with two shifts of employees to
manage and they all know about the eye in the sky system and that
helps to keep everyone honest during these difficult times to make a
profit at any business.
